The fuel level sensor with a reference dielectric constant measurement sensor is used on cars, agricultural and special vehicles, storage facilities, and containers for various applications. It has a measuring part of a variable length, a sealed and oil and petrol-resistant housing, a durable metal flange for fastening, and a cable in a synthetic braid. A precision dilatometric meter and software data processing provide the claimed measurement accuracy over the entire temperature range.
The sensor power supply circuit is intrinsically safe and complies with GOST R IEC 60079-11-2010. Three-zone galvanic isolation allows you to connect it to any power source and data reading devices, including at remote distances, with a potential difference of up to 1000 V.
Adjustable frequency output and RS485 digital interface with support for Omnicom protocol at different data exchange rates allow you to optimally build a control system for each object. Advanced configuration and data exchange protocol, software update capability, password protection, settings change log, and the ability to store a calibration table, in combination with a PC configurator program, make it possible to flexibly and quickly configure the sensor. In the event of emergency situations (exceeding the maximum level, breakage of the measuring sensor, a short circuit with water), the sensor reports this using special codes, which allows you to quickly identify the malfunction and take the necessary measures.
