Dashboard

We added clickable widgets on the dashboard to help managers get quick insights into commute trips, employee attendance, pick point status, and more. We have managed to represent essential information through a variety of graphical elements which includes bar graphs, pie charts, and donut charts. This ease of access has helped office admins make critical decisions in a short amount of time.

Live-tracking screen

Most employee transport management systems have this flaw: they track the fleet, not the trip. Office managers are interested in seeing if the company vehicles are running on the given schedule or not. With Rosterz Manager, we’ve addressed this issue. On the live-tracking screen itself, we’ve shown the status of trips. Managers will be able to tell the number of upcoming, incomplete, and missed trips. When they click on the trip, they’ll get additional details regarding the trip like estimated vs. actual start times, checkpoint status, halt timings, distance traveled, and the number of employees on board.

Trip summary report

Get a detailed rundown of current and past trips. Know the trip's actual start time, duration, name of the driver, pickup points visited, employee boarding status, distance covered, and more information about the trip—from a single screen. You can also playback trip routes to see if any driver violations occurred during the trip.

Employee Trip Planning

Employee pickup and drop-off trips can be created using this module. Managers can either enter the stoppages manually or opt for optimized route creation. For an optimized trip, the system automatically picks a series of stoppages based on the employee’s address, number of vehicles, and time duration. The system analyzes all permissible routes and then offers the most efficient one. Thus, saving office managers from the tedious task of trip planning.

Employee Attendance

Employees will be able to confirm their attendance by scanning QR codes or RFID tags. They can do so with the help of their Rosterz employee mobile application. When they scan the QR code, a record of their attendance will be displayed on the Employee attendance report. Admins will be able to see this information using their Rosterz Manager web application. Additionally, admins will be able to see employee pickup and drop-off addresses with time stamps.

Alerts

Want to know how well your fleets are being driven? Our object and driver alert reports can help you here. Create alerts for violations like route deviations, missed pickup points, and delays. You’ll be able to review these alerts under the driver alert report. You can review them with time and location stamps. Improve your employee’s commuting experience by reviewing and monitoring everyday alerts.

Trip Reminders for Emp

The Rosterz employee app offers tools that can reduce waiting times. Employees have an option to custom define reminders and get notified only when the vehicle is a few minutes away. This way, employees don’t need to wait at the bus stop and can leave the house just when the company vehicle is approaching.

SOS

Roads can be unpredictable. That is why we supplemented our Rosterz employee app with an SOS button. In case of emergencies, employees can click on it to request help. SOS will notify office managers and prompt them to take appropriate actions.
